May 2013 - March 2014IT-Serve in UAE decided to start up an ERP division in May 2013 where I'm hired as Head of the division. We've been extremely successful within the first customers as we've got 6 different projects within Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV & GP. We have as well got a ZAP BI project and additionally worked for a multi-billion company where we've done business analysis. IT-Serve ERP division is a quality division where our resources are our assets and this is something our customer as well have pointed out as we only hire people with 5+ years of experience it show's in the work we are doing as we are extremely professional as well very analytical to make sure the implementation is made according to best practices. We are always willing to go the EXTRA MILE for our customers to make sure the implementation is successful. We are as well very experienced in taking over failed implementations (which are too common within the GCC region unfortunately).
